Hi folks...I've gone from "What The Heck" to...take a deep breath "Flipping Heck"...the lawn's been reseeded and is probably going to look a whole lot worse before it looks better...
and funnily enough the same could be said about the cubbyhole...5 minutes in and we're back to the usual manic chaos...
