I inked the Brushstroke stamp with Pumice Stone Distress Oxide ink, spritzed with water and stamped on to the panels.
I stamped each of the images from Funny Farm with Black Soot Archival.
and added stitching using the Stitches stamp set
and fixed the ribbon and panel on the lid of the box
leaving the ribbon loose at the edges to tie in a bow and added a left over heart.
I'll be back later with the second blog post of the day to share cards made with Simon Says Stamp February Card Kit, until then, have fun with whatever you are creating.
I matted the panels on to the Kraft card and to add a pop of colour I die cut hearts using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Heartfelt Bigz die and coloured them with Festive Berries Distress Marker.
I'll be gifting this cute collection to a friend so it was time to make a box to put them in. I die cut another Stacked Deckle panel for the front of my box, stamped the Brushstrokes as before and 3 of the Funny Farm Images with Black Soot Archival, masking off the sentiments on the bottom of the stamps with washi tape.
I coloured Crinkle Ribbon with Candied Apple Distress Spray Stainand fixed the ribbon and panel on the lid of the box
leaving the ribbon loose at the edges to tie in a bow and added a left over heart.
