I began by lining the Crazy Paving Stencil up to the edge of a sheet of Distress Watercolor card and applied Faded Jeans, Evergreen Bough and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks randomly using mini round blending tools. I removed the stencil and spritzed with water to create that oxidised water droplet look.
I trimmed the panel to be 6" square, the same size as the white card blank. I positioned the card blank and the stencilled panel in my stamp platform, lined up the sentiment stamp from Bouquet Small #183 in the aperture and closed the lid to lift the stamp up. I removed the stencilled panel and inked the stamp with Black Soot Distress Archival.
I stamped the floral image from the stamp set on to the stencilled panel, a scrap of Distress Watercolor card and the sentiment on to White Shrink Plastic Film.
I added acetate to the back of the stencilled panel, a double layer of 3D Foam Tape and added Prima Mini Art Stones and sequins. I fixed a few sequins to the front of the card blank using Distress Collage Medium Matte and placed the card blank on top of the stencilled panel.
I fixed the die cut frame over the aperture and stamped the flower 3 times on to the left over Stitched Rectangles die-cut.
I punched a hole at the top of the Shrink Plastic Film and used my heat tool to shrink it. I threaded it with twine and fixed to the card with 3D Foam.
I added a twine bow and the fussy cut floral images.
I coloured the floral images with the same colours I used for the stencilling, added splatters of Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks and extra sequins.
