Distress Oxide Sprays and a " Flipping" Stencil

Hi folks, I'm back to share the second card I made on my weekend adventure with the latest release of Distress Oxide Sprays.
I had lots of fun creating backgrounds with the help of the gorgeous Flourish Layering Stencil from Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous.
After I had sprayed the Distress Oxide Sprays through the Flourish Stencil to create yesterday's card which you can see HERE, the stencil had loads of ink sitting on the top, so I grabbed another panel of Distress Watercolor card, flipped the stencil over, laid it on top of the card and pressed with kitchen towel to transfer the ink.
I dried the card, spritzed with water to blend the colours and create that magical oxidisation, dried again and flicked on water droplets, the same technique I used for yesterday's card.
I stamped Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Glorious Garden inked with Ground Espresso Distress Archival.
I masked off the Mom word on the Parental Props stamp set with washi tape, inked with Ground Espresso Distress Archival Ink
and stamped on the panel along with the small circle images
I added Studio Katia Cupid's Kiss Crystals, matted the panel on to Brown Classic Kraft Stock sanded back to reveal the kraft core and fixed to an A2 white card blank.

I'll be back tomorrow to share the third card, made with the dribbles of ink left on the stencil
Toodle-oo for now
Hugs Kath xxx
