I began by cutting chipboard to be slightly smaller than the box frame and covered with Tim Holtz Idea-ology French Industrial Paper. I trimmed Idea-ology Abandoned Paper to be slightly smaller and used the Falling Hearts Thinlits die to die-cut the top and bottom edges of the paper. I ripped the paper to fit the edges of the panel and fixed in place with Distress Collage Medium Matte.
I added the waste hearts tumbling down the edges of the die-cut strips
I fixed Tim Holtz/Sizzix Adhesive Sheets to the back of Distress Watercolor card and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Classic KraftStock and die-cut all the pieces to create Winifred. The latest Colorize Thinlits have less pieces than the previous releases and are so much easier to put together. I added light shadows to the edges of the white die-cut pieces using Walnut Stain Distress ink and a mini round blending tool before assembling.
I fixed Winifred to the panel, popped up on Tim Holtz/Sizzix Mini Foam Adhesive to create dimension
I die-cut the large words from Distress Watercolor Card 4 times using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Alphanumeric Classic Thinlits, stacked to create dimension, added large hearts die-cut from Abandoned Paper and Distress Watercolor Card and Alphanumeric Tiny Type Lower letters. To finish I added Idea-ology Gumdrop Hearts and fixed the panel inside the box frame using Mini Foam Adhesive.
Toodle-oo for now
