Hi my friends, it's Friday and the first day of October already, hard to believe that Christmas and 2022 are just around the corner. But back to the job in hand and today I'm sharing a trio of Mini Slimline cards I made for the YouTube Live launch of Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Christmas 2021 release using Winter Watercolors, sentiments from Cozy Christmas and those amazing Moon Mask Stencils from the Halloween release. If you missed the Live, you can catch up with the new products and amazing amazing projects from the Makers on Tim's Blog HERE or YouTube Channel HERE.
I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to make 3 - 3" x 6" panels. I created the backgrounds using the 3 sizes of Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Moon Mask Stencils, held in place with Sticky Grid Sheet and spritzed each panel with Old Paper and Iced Spruce Distress Spray Stains. I removed the masks, replaced with the detail masks and spritzed with Iced Spruce Distress Spray Stain. I spritzed a little water around the edge of the moon and let the colour run down into the moon.I inked the foliage images from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Winter Watercolors with Iced Spruce. Fired Brick and Forest Moss Distress Oxide inks, spritzed with water and stamped on to the panels, drying between layers. I re-inked a small section of the berries image with Fired Brick Distress Oxide ink (no spritzing with water this time), held the stamp in my hand and stamped randomly around the foliage.I inked the sentiments from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Cozy Christmas with Black Soot Distress Archival and stamped on the moons.I spritzed Tree Lot Distress Mica Stain from Tim's new Ranger Christmas release on to my Glass Media Mat and added splatters to the panel to give a little bit of festive shimmer.
Have a great weekend whatever you are have planned. I'll be heading over to Tim and Mario's place again for another fun YouTube Live reveal of something exciting coming from Sizzix and I hope to see you there - 9am PT 12noon ET or 5pm in the UK.
