Tim Holtz/Simon Says Stamp - Floral Elements

Hello my friends, I'm back to share cards I made using Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Floral Elements stamp set and the recently released co-ordinating dies from Simon Says Stamp. There were 6 sets of dies in this release and you can find the stamps and die sets HERE.

I began by stamping all the flowers from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Floral Elements on to Distress Watercolor card, inked with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink and coloured loosely with Kitsch Flamingo and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide inks using a Detailer Water Brush. I reinked the stamps with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink and stamped again to add the outline details.

I repeated the same process for the leaves from the stamp set, coloured with Peeled Paint and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide inks and die-cut using the Simon Says Stamp Floral Elements co-ordinating dies.

I die-cut 4 panels of Distress Watercolor card using Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles die. I inked the Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Perfect Plaids background stamps with Kitsch Flamingo and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide inks, spritzed with water and holding the stamps in my hand, pressed randomly on to the panels.

I fixed the die-cut greenery to the panels using Distress Collage Medium and popped the flowers up on Simon Says Stamp 3D Thin Foam Squares to create dimension.

I stamped the sentiments from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Tiny Text on to scraps of Distress Watercolor card, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and die-cut using Simon Says Stamp Tiny Text co-ordinating dies.

I inked the edges of the die-cut sentiments to match the background of the panels and fixed in place with Simon Says Stamp Thin 3D Foam Squares.

To finish I fixed the outer Stitched Rectangles frames to A2 white card blanks and fixed the stamped panels in place with Distress Collage Medium.
