Simon Says Stamp has a blog hop exclusive give-away, the Exclusive and "Not Yet Released "Warm Thoughts"  3" x 4" stamp set will be automatically added to your cart that contains any of the Sugar and Spice products! This gift with purchase will expire on 12th October at 11:59 pm EDT or while supplies last.

The winners will be chosen and posted on Simon Says Stamp Blog on Wednesday October 15th, and if you are a lucky winner, you can e-mail Simon Says Stamp to claim your prize.

I created a card using the Narrow Holly Cluster Wafer Dies and EZ Reverse Vintage Christmas Sentiment Strips from the release.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4", smooshed the Pine Pawsitively Saturated Mini Ink Cube on to my Glass Mat, spritzed with water and dragged the card panel through the ink, dried and repeated until I was happy with the background. I placed Simon Says Stamp Extra Large Dots stencil on the panel and applied Pine Pawsitively Saturated Ink randomly using a Simon Says Stamp Round Detail Blending Brush
I die-cut the Narrow Holly Cluster Wafer Dies from Distress Watercolor Card, placed on Simon Says Stamp Stamp and Stencil Mat and coloured using Sprout, Field, Pine, Punch and Paprika Mini Pawsitively Saturated Ink Cubes and Simon Says Stamp Round Detail Blending Brushes.
I fixed the die-cuts to the background panel with Simon Says Stamp Thin 3D Foam Squares to add dimension, painted Distress Collage Medium on to the leaves and berried with a thin brush and sprinkled with Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Rock Candy Chunky Glitter to give a frosty sparkly look.
I die-cut the EZ Strips Reverse Vintage Christmas Sentiment Strips using EZ Strips Rectangle Wafer die.
I coloured the white edges of the Sentiment Strips die-cuts using a Momento Black Pen and fixed in place using Simon Says Stamp Thin 3D Foam Squares.
To finish I matted the panel on to an A2 top-folding white card blank.
If you've arrived from the very talented Lea Lawson you're in the right place but if you happen to get lost along the way, the list of participants below will help you get back on track. Your Next stop on the hop is the amazing Laura Williams.

Simon Says Stamp - Sugar and Spice Release

Hello my friends, Simon Says Stamp have just launched their latest release - Sugar and Spice with lots of fabulous products to get your creativity flowing. You can check out all the products in the release HERE.

I created a card using the Printmaking Leaves 6" x 8" stamp set from the release and Pawsitively Saturated Mini Ink cubes. The stamp set includes a stamp builder guide which makes it so easy to layer each image.
I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 3.3/4" x 5" and coloured using a Distress Custom Blend Ink Pad (the colours are linked below).
I inked each of the 3 leaf stamps with a different colour of Pawsitively Saturated Mini Ink Cubes - Sprout, Field and Pine and Mocha for the 4th stamp with the stems.
I smooshed the Mocha Pawsitively Saturated Ink pad on to my glass mat and used to add splatters and inked around the edges with the same ink pad using a Tiny Blending Tool. I stamped the sentiment from the Printmaking Leaves stamp set on to the bottom of the panel, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink. I tied white Hemp Twine around the panel, matted on to panels of Simon Says Stamp White and Midnight Green cardstock cut 1/8" larger and fixed to a white A2 white card blank.

I'll be back soon to share more makes from the Sugar and Spice release, in the meantime, have fun with whatever you're making.

Simon Says - Think Pink

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us for last week's challenge and we hope you can join us this week too because

The first challenge of the month is when the team showcase one particular company/brand and this week we are all using the fabulous products from Dylusions. You don't have to use Dylusions products to take part in the challenge but we would love to see what you make with them, if you have them in your stash.
We are also welcoming the lovely and talented Alison Bomber back again as our Designer In The Spotlight and why don't you pop over to her BLOG, you will be in for a real treat.
The theme for this week is...
THINK PINK
In support of October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, I created a page in my Dylusions Large Art Journal using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Paint/Distress Spray Stain, Dylusions Small Write Now Stencil, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Serendipity Collage Paper, Stampers Anonymous Faded Type and Sizzix Bold Text 2 Thinlits.
I brayered a light patchy coat of Kitsch Flamingo Distress Paint on to the Art Journal page and dried. I sprayed Kitsch Flamingo Distress Spray Stain through the Dylusions Small Write Now Stencil. I replaced the stencil over the sprayed sections, inked the stamp from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Faded Type with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink and pressed the stamp on to the stencilled sections. I inked the numbers stamp from the same set with Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide ink and stamped randomly on the page.
I traced around sections of Tim Holtz Idea-ology Serendipity Collage Paper with a Detailer Water Brush, teased apart and fixed to the page using Distress Collage Medium and Collage Brush.
I added splatters of Dina Wakley Black Gesso.
I outlined the stencilled section with a Black Liner Pen.
I die-cut the Tim Holtz/Sizzix Bold Text 2 Thinlits from Distress Black HeavyStock, trimmed to create a panel, fixed in place with Distress Collage Medium and added the drop-out "O" letters.

You can find all the products I used over at Simon Says Stamp, just click on the links below

STAMPtember 2025 Festive Cards

Hello my friends, I'm back to share the cards I made with the left over die-cuts from yesterday's Tim Holtz Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember 2025 Festive Shaker Cards.

After die-cutting the apertures for yesterday's shaker cards using the Tim Holtz STAMPtember 2025 Festive Words shadow dies, I set them aside to use on today's cards.
I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to make 4 - A2 panels. I dipped the Distress Watercolor Pencils from Set 6 into water, scribbled on to the acrylic block included in the kit, spritzed with water and pressed on to the panels to colour the backgrounds. I die-cut the Festive Words from Idea-ology Silver Metallic KraftStock, fixed to the shadow pieces and adhered to the panels using Distress Collage Medium.
I inked the Tim Holtz STAMPtember 2025 Festive Sentiments with Versamark ink, stamped on to Distress Watercolor card, sprinkled with Simon Says Silver Detail Embossing Powder, heat set and fixed in place with Simon Says 3D Thin Foam Squares.
I coloured the Tim Holtz STAMPtember 2025 Festive Watercolor stamps by dipping the Distress Watercolor Pencils from Set 6 in water, scribbled over the stamps, spritzed with water, stamped on to Distress Watercolor card and in some cases, stamped again using second generation.

I die-cut the flowers and foliage using my trusty Sidekick and the co-ordinating Festive Watercolor dies.
I wound the Simon Says Silver Cord around the panels, added the die-cut flowers and foliage, popped  up on Simon Says 3D Thin Foam Squares to create dimension, and added silver cord double bows.
To finish I matted the panels on to top and side folding A2 white card blanks.

Enjoy your weekend whatever you have planned and I'll see you all on Monday to share my DT project for Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge.

STAMPtember 2025 Festive Shaker Cards

Hello my friends, if you were able to order the amazing STAMPtember 2025 Festive Workshop Kit from Tim Holtz and Simon Says Stamp before it sold out and join Tim and Heidi in the awesome workshop class on Simon Says Stamp YouTube channel HERE, you will totally get my excitement at spending a couple of days on a fun compartmental making adventure and sharing the shaker cards I made using products from the kit.

I trimmed the Distress Watercolor card included in the kit to make 4 - A2 panels, spritzed with the Hickory Smoke Distress Spritz and die-cut using the STAMPtember 2025 Festive Words shadow dies.
I trimmed the acetate included in the kit and fixed behind the apertures using Simon Says Tear-rific Tape. I fixed the Simon Says 3D Foam Strips around the apertures, filled with Distress Rock Candy Glitter, Distress Rock Candy Chunky Glitter and the Simon Says Moonshine Embellishment Mix and fixed second acetate panels in place to seal.
I die-cut the Festive Words from the Idea-ology Silver Metallic Kraftstock, fixed to the acetate negative spaces with Distress Collage Medium and trimmed the panels to 4" x 5.1/4".
I stamped the Festive Sentiments on to scraps of Distress Watercolor card, inked with Versamark ink, sprinkled with Simon Says Silver Detail Embossing Powder and heat set. I die-cut with the co-ordinating Festive Sentiments dies and fixed in place with Simon Says Thin 3D foam squares.
I coloured the Festive Watercolor stamps by dipping the Distress Watercolor Pencils from Set 6 in water, scribbled over the stamps, spritzed with water, stamped on to Distress Watercolor card and in some cases, stamped again using second generation.

I die-cut the flowers and foliage using my trusty Sidekick and the co-ordinating Festive Watercolor dies.
I fixed the die-cut flowers and foliage to the panels with Distress Collage Medium and Simon Says 3D Thin Foam Squares to add dimension and decorated with Silver Pearl Embellisments. To finish I matted the shaker panels on to Idea-ology Silver Metallic Kraftstock trimmed 1/8" larger and fixed to A2 white card blanks.

The kit has sold out but some individual items are still available, as linked below. I'll be back tomorrow to share the cards I made with the left over die-cuts.
