Morning folks....yes it's Wednesday and time to play along at WOYWW and after my little confession last week all the messy crafters out there will be pleased to know that Miss Neat Freak has turned over a new leaf...thrown caution to the wind and is now living life in the fast lane....it would appear that my alter ego Miss Little Bit Messy has taken up residence....
I know what you are thinking....this isn't too messy but I've had to crop most of the devastation out so that you don't see the parts of THE PROJECT I have already finished....yes the one that we can't talk about or share yet... but check out the stuff abandoned on the floor and after tripping over it several times already this morning I need to have a word with Miss Messy about her untidy habits....hasn't she heard about Health & Safety in the workplace....
but I have a sneaky feeling that she may soon be packing her suitcase and hi-tailing it out of here because the next job is enough to send anyone running for the hills.....threading up some of these itty bitty teeny weeny buttons....another of my freaky obsessions....I just can't stand to see naked buttons and where is my Champion Button Threader Friend Anne when I need her....
and they don't come much teeny weenier than this.....
But before I dash off to get into crafty mode....I want to give a big Funky Hand hug to

Welcome to the club Kath, a not so tidy cubbyhole is a treat to see lol. Still you are a lot tidier than me, my craft stuff is cluttering the sitting room and the kitchen.Must do better.

ReplyDeleteAh you made me smile..I have a dear chum who can't use an unthreaded button....you need some very fine marker pens to draw the thread on!! Am delighted to see your work space, but really, it's not what I call messy - it's work in progress!! Although tripping over your own stuff is maddening!

First, scratch scratch scratch to the backs of awesome buddy's ears. I love seeing his picture when I visit. Second, love your workspace, and there is No Way my eyeballs or patience would hold up threading those buttons. Third, isn't it funny how guilty we all feel when we don't visit enough WOYWWs? I love your craft studio, one day when I have my own place hopefully I will be able to have a room just for crafting! heaven. I wanted to ask when are the new Penny Black stamps released. I used to get mine from the glitterpot = but since they have moved to the new site, they are not getting the new stuff at the release date but later! Where do you order your penny black stuff from online that would deliver in the UK? and is reliable?

Looking forward to seeing what you've been up to Kath. I'm so missing being able to get some crafting done, roll on the weekend. I hate working full time, especially as sometimes I have nothing to do except read. I've even started crocheting cos it's easier to lift and lay at work in the Post Office. I can't do any crafting cos I can't rely on my hands being clean enough! At least I got one card made today when my friend came round. Didn't have any internet access so I just had to make it up lol!
