Remembering...
My thoughts today are in New York City.....remembering those poor souls who lost their lives in a tragedy that none of us will ever forget....my heart goes out to all the families who lost their precious loved ones and to those who are now suffering from related illnesses having been engulfed in the dust and debris storms when the towers fell....living each day with the constant reminder of that fateful day when a senseless evil act changed their lives forever.

Kath my thoughts are also thinking of everyone in New York. It was my Silver Wedding that day , it was a day that I will never forget. I can still feel the shock and disbelief as the horror unfolded. Hugs ChrisB xx

Still remember the news unfolding on that day as clearly as if it were yesterday, just as shocking and tragic today as it was then.

ReplyDeleteEven after all this time I can't comprehend why any human being would do such a thing. My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to everyone touched by such a senseless act of terrorism.

That was a day that changed our world --not only for those of us in America. I'm glad we took the time to stop and remember--a tragic day, for sure.
