Penny Black Saturday Challenge...Week 182

Morning folks...it's the weekend and can you believe that this time next week we will be all excited and waiting for the big fat guy in the red suit to pop down our chimneys with his sack load of presents but first it's time to join in the fun at Penny Black Saturday...our last challenge of 2011.  Thank you to all those who found time to join in the fun with Domi's sketch and a huge thank you to all the lovely folks who have played along throughout the year...we really do appreciate your support...all your lovely comments and of course seeing all the fabulous Penny Black creations that you share with us all.
The challenge this week is...
MAKE A TAG
and will run until 8pm on 6th January
which means you have plenty of time to join in the fun.....
if like me you have that anti-climax feeling after all the Christmas rushing around...it's a great excuse to spend a little time crafting with all the goodies that Santa brought.
I was a bit tickled by this week's challenge...what a co-incidence that the cubbyhole has been in mega tag mode lately taking part in Timmie's "12 days of christmas" tag fest and if I'm honest I'm feeling a bit tagged out but surely I could manage just one more...albeit fairly simple...

and 
we have a fandabbidosie prize for one lucky winner who will be chosen at random and announced on 7th January...a little festive present from the Design Team...

    So heart-warming to hear you rant about all the fuss surrounding what should be a peaceful, day spent with loved ones. I thought it was only me getting stressed out! I love this tag and the colours are beautiful. Your colouring-in is fabby, wish I could say the same for mine.

    LOVE the glossy accents (I think) for the glass shade on the lamp. Absolutely simple and oh so BRILLIANT. It made me "wow" out loud. A very Happy Christmas to you and yours. Thanks for another year of fun and inspiration.

    Trying to catch up. Now this is a great incentive to get myself in tag mode - I've signed up for the Alphatags at Chocolate Baroque so shall have some fun with my Penny Blacks first. Love the crispness of your seam binding & the glorious warm red scarp that little mouse is wearing.
