Hi folks...love it or loathe it...there's no getting away from the fact it's Monday...the beginning of the working week for most folks and although for me one day is much the same as another...I'm in Happy Monday mood...I've missed my cheery bunch of singing joiners over the weekend (and for the folks who left comments asking "what is a joiner"...it's a carpenter in UK speak) they'll be back today and tomorrow to finish off...woohoo I have doors and floors and it's all beginning to take shape. But it's also the start of a busy busy crafty week and you'll never in the month of Sundays guess what I'll be doing today...life is full of surprises in the cubbyhole but even I had my flabber gasted when the
CHRISTMAS word just happened to pop up in an e-mail from Fiskars...time to think about my project for the workshops at The NEC in November...crikey it's still June and we're still waiting for Summer but these things need to be planned months in advance and you all know how that magical time of the year has a habit of sneaking up on us so my flight to Birmingham is booked...I've got The Fuse fired up and ready to go...
all I need now is to find some divine Christmas inspiration and that ain't going to be easy when the sun's decided to pop out from behind his cloud and it's fairly warm outside. In the meantime I'll leave you with another card for this month's
Ribbon Girl Colour Challenge...a little sneaky play with Hero Arts gorgeous new
Stamp Your Story collection and Tim Holtz Postage Stamp Die which just happened to sneak into my shopping basket during a recent "I definitely need a treat" shopping expedition.
can't begin to tell you how besotted I am with this gorgeous "Painted Flower" stamp...
