But it's not all doom and gloom...there's good news...the Laboratorie Album is finished...I kept the front cover fairly simple...didn't make it too dimensional as the more it's handled and pulled in and out of my demo box...the more likely it is to get damaged...
and the inside...
do you think if I spoke to hubby nicely...he might fit another shelf to store all my Tag Albums..."12 Tags 2012 and 2013" and Creative Chemistry 101 and 102...
Added to the never ending crafty list will be the album for the 2014 tags and all the gone before "12 Tags of Christmas" and my collection will be complete. Mind you if Tim keeps up the "12 Tags" tradition in 2015...2016...2017 etc...etc...I'm going to end up with a whole library...my very own set of "Tags Encyclopaedia Britannica".
So from my sick bed aka the cubbyhole...toodle oo for now...see you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx
Beautiful album - that cold's certainly not holding you back!
ReplyDeleteThis is a fabulous album Kath, as beautiful to look at as your tags. Sounds like we are both suffering with the same cold bug (and crafting through it!) Hope you are much better very soon. Jenny x
ReplyDeleteKath I think you should ask your hubby for an extension, never mind another shelf!! Hope the runny nose clears off soon, hugs Mary x
ReplyDeleteHi Kath great little library for all the tags, sure hubby will oblige. Hopefully the cold will get easier each dayx
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful album Kath and a perfect way to keep your tag creations. I am sure hubby will put up a new shelf for your little library. Get well soon x
ReplyDeleteI hope that running nose gets out of town soon... Love the album, the papers & elements are beautiful...& of course your fabulous tags look amazing in their new home...Hugs May x x
ReplyDeleteWow Kath, your tag holder is fabulous, I love all the wonderful details. You will definitely need another shelf if Tim carries on, hopefully hubby will do one for you. Time that cold was gone.... Hugs, Anne xx
ReplyDeletewow Kath - this is really wonderful - brilliant use of the worn covers - and all the papers - your tags are set off to perfection xx
ReplyDeleteHi Kath, hopefully your feeling better as the days worn past. Your book to hold your tags is gorgeous, no doubt hubby will fix up a shelf for you but in his time...Trish
ReplyDeleteFabulous, love the quill pen and ink pot. Get better soon x
ReplyDeleteYour album is a work of art Kath - really love it - except maybe the chap on the front who my hubby is fast resembling! He is very grumpy today because despite our best efforts my lovely daughter (Mrs Flat pack) and I have only managed to assemble half of the wonderful storage unit and shelving so we are still in a huge muddle and she can't get back until Friday to help me finish it. He doesn't seem to grasp the old saying - "it has to get worse before it gets better." And that brings me round nicely to say hope you are getting better too. Going to my allotment now to escape and grab the last hour of daylight - anything to avoid that face!!! X
ReplyDeletegreat tag album!
ReplyDeleteget better soon!
