Hi folks...where there's a will...there's always a way of getting around that irritating willpower problem and here's my finished Art Journal Page inspired by Shari Carroll using the gorgeous
Lady Rose stamp set from Tim Holtz as the focal point...I have a sneaky feeling this stamp set is going to be one of my favourites and if you want it...my advice would be...click on the link and go get it now...it's going to fly off the shelves...another "can't get it for love nor money" stamp set from Mr H.
You can watch the step by step tutorial from Shari
HERE...in the meantime I have a hot date with Art Journal Page 2.

Stunning art journal creation Kath! Love the stamps, I'll go over to take a look. Beautufil! Ruby x
ReplyDeleteLove this fabulous journal page Kath. You have certainly worked your magic on it too. Have a Good Day my friend. Hugs Rita xxx
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, that's beautiful, Kath. Well done :)
ReplyDeleteMy art journal is still of virgin white pages as I'm too chicken to have a go lol. I really need someone to kick my bum into gear, after all, what's the worst thing that could happen...I make a mess and rip the page out!!
On a positive note, I got a call from Oyster Stamps this morning to let me know that the Sizzix Crazy Cats dies are due in today and will be sent out tonight...the negative note...the stamps are still not in yet. However, when they do come in they are only £16.99 and the dies are £19.99 so I think that's quite a good price. I also have a mini MISTI on order from them which is due to arrive around the end of March, so I've really spent my crafting budget for the next few months in one go (at least I don't have to pay for the MISTI until it arrives lol)
Just given my furry baby a bath and looking at her now I realise that I should have clipped her first. That will have to wait until the next time now as she could do with a bit more hair this weather - she's a mini Schnauzer. Of course I've ended up more than a tad damp as well so have to go an change now.
Happy Wednesday everyone.
