Look who we met...

Hi folks...back to sharing more news from Stitches...today is "look who we met" and I'm warning you in advance...this is a mega photo sharing post..starting off with a visit to the Notions Marketing stand to check out the Tim Holtz wall...
and watch Tim's fabulous demo using Yupo...another item for the wish list...
I hate getting my photo taken...well you do when you get to the old and wrinkly stage of your life but how could I resist a snuggle with my hero...
and thank him again for the very special "Tim and Mario" package of new releases they brought for me to play with...seriously I was totally overwhelmed by their generosity and I'm happy to say that everything has arrived safely in the cubbyhole thanks to my pal Mr Hermes and there's only ONE word to describe this "Happiness In A Box" gift...WOW a million times over...
Tim is a creative genius and the best educator ever..so passionate about sharing information and inspiration on how to use his products...a wonderful ambassador for the craft industry and together Tim and Mario are truly the sweetest kindest most generous people you'll ever meet...love you guys and hope to see you back in the UK real soon.
And hey check out another two of my very special buddies...the lovely David and Brenda from Craft Obsessions ordering lots of new Timmie products...I think Brenda is in charge of the list...don't you...and David...well let's just say he's got that familiar exasperated hubby look...
.
but it was time to move on and go visit my favourite Honorary Scotsman...Ken Oliver who was busy creating playing with his fabulous bottles of Colorburst...

and woohoo...what a special treat to finally meet the fabulous and very talented Karen Burniston who was demo-ing her amazing innovative dies on the Personal Impressions stand...
Walking the show is tiring and hard on the feet but probably only accounted for 20% of our time...the other 80% was spent drinking coffee in Starbucks...eating lunch and chatting in Wetherspoons with lots of crafty friends...you know who you are...it's called Networking apparently but in my book it's just great fun and what us girls do best. And on that note I'm ending with a fun photo shoot with a very special photographer...
oops...did we break the camera...
I'll be back tomorrow to share the "Distress A Little Different" project we made at Tim's workshop...so pencil and paper at the ready for your wish list.
Hugs Kath xxx
