Simon Says - Handmade Holiday

Hi my friends, I'm sharing a simple Christmas card I made using the beautiful Etched Berry Branch die from Simon Says latest release - Handmade Holiday and one of my favourite go-to stamp sets, Simon  Says Basic Stripes. This release is jam packed with fabulous products to get you in the Holiday card making mood and you can check them all out HERE.

I began by trimming Distress Watercolor card to 3.3/4" x 5" and stamped the Simon Says Basic Stripes, inked with Simon Says Intense Black, Pumice Stone and Candied Apple Distress Oxide inks.I die-cut the Etched Berry Branch twice from Distress Watercolor cardI coloured the berries using Candied Apple Distress Reinker and a Distress Detailer Brush.I trimmed the sentiment from Simon Says Reverse Merriest Sentiment Strips using Simon Says Nested Banner die and trimmed the words apart.I fixed the die-cuts and sentiment strips in place with foam adhesive to create dimension, added Ranger Glossy Accents to the berries and Little Things from Lucy Silver Pearls.To finish I added white dots to the berries using a Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen, matted the panel on to Simon Says Schoolhouse Red cardstock trimmed to be 1/8" larger and fixed to an A2 white card blank.
