STAMPtember Bonus Pumpkin Card

Happy Sunday my friends, I'm sharing a STAMPtember weekend bonus "I love to mix grungy and cute" card today using up the left over Simon Says Stack o' Pumpkins die-cuts from yesterday's cards and one of the backgrounds I made with Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Mica Stains and Black Texture paste from the Halloween 2023 release. I had 3 pumpkin die-cuts and sentiments left over from yesterday's cards, too cute to go to waste. You can check out the colouring of the pumpkins on yesterday's post HERE.

So after a rummage through my background box, I thought this one, created with Hickory Smoke and Lost Shadow Distress Spray Stain, Phantom Mist and Fallen Acorn Distress Mica Stains, Distress Black Texture Paste stencilled through the Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Rosette Mini Layering Stencil and Distress Texture Paste Opaque through the Deco Arch Mini Layering Stencil, splattered with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide ink, was perfect and I trimmed to 4.1/4" square.

I splattered the pumpkins with Distress Resist Spray, sprinkled with white embossing powder, heat set,  added white highlights on the pumpkin eyes using a Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen and fixed the pumpkins popped up on black foam squares.. I added Trinity Stamps Creamy Vanilla Heart Sprinkles, matted the panel on to Simon Says Black cardstock trimmed 1/4" larger and matted on to a 5" square white card blank. I added the sentiments from Simon Says Friendly Ghosts stamp set, inked with Simon Says Intense Black ink, stamped on to scraps of Distress Watercolor card and die-cut with the matching Friendly Ghosts dies.
