Morning folks.....another week flying in and I am living permanently in the cubbyhole at the mo.....trying to get my Christmas cards done and dusted...and I have so been missing taking part in my favourite challenges but had to make a Christmas card for a male.....and what a stroke of luck... it was perfect for the challenge this week over at Allsorts which is...

And boy oh boy did I get a lovely surprise yesterday morning....postie arrived with a special delivery package.....what on earth can this be....I thought out loud....."something nice perhaps" he replied and he was right on the button.....

this beautiful birthday card from my lovely crafty friend...the only and one Dawny P..

spotted it on her blog the other day and never twigged it was for me....

and this beautiful bracelet.....it's absolutely gorgeous....hand made by the wonderful lady herself....she is such a sweetheart....but you don't need me to tell you that.....thank you so much Dawny...I love you loads and will treasure it forever

The pic doesn't do it justice at all......it's stunning and glistens and sparkles in the light....oooh how lucky I am to have such a wonderful friend...and I am not ashamed to say I was overcome with the old emulsion when I opened the box....spent an hour or so just looking at it and having another bubble.....silly old mare that I am.

And shock horror....no sneaky peek today for the simple reason I haven't got round to making the card yet but will catch up with you all tomorrow and share some of my production line cards.....just so you don't think I have been swinging the lead.
