and the view from the cubbyhole is looking decidely alpine....
Our street has become a pedestrians only route and for the poor folks who have to go to work....it's hours of digging and inching forward to get their cars out of the street and the main road isn't much better. How long before the larder is empty and we have to make a mercy trudge through the snow for supplies....time to look out the old sledge Mum. Please don't forget my feathered chums in this weather....they need lots of tummy warming grub to see them through the winter.
But I'm sure you aren't here to listen to me wittering on about our snow saga....
so let's cut to the chase....
Congratulations Lynda... if you e-mail Mum with your address she will wrap up warm and trudge to the Post Office with your goodies and if I'm unlucky she may just drag me with her but yee...haaaa the cavalry have just turned up.....
Off to snuggle up against the radiator in the cubbyhole and have a power snooze.....see you all later
Hugs & Big Snuggles

Hi Buddy - Haggis loves the snow, I'm running out of towels to defrost him with when he comes back from his walks - the snow sticks to his white furryness in great clumps - we've had no cars out of our street since last Friday - shanks pony only! Mary x
ReplyDeleteMaybe you'd better be snoozing on Mum's feet, Buddy! Actually you look like your enjoying your time in the snow. Hope that you can dig out the sleigh! Congrats to Lynda.

Holy cow look at all that snow! I don't miss it at all. Looks like Buddy's having a grand time while Mum's away! It sounds like you, En and your sis had a great time in NYC.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. It's so hard to lose someone you love. I'll keep you and his family in my prayers.

WOW! Buddy I think I would become a bear and hibernate! I have a golden granddog that has never seen snow and I'm sure he would agree with me.
