AQUA MINI RIBBON KIT
the give-away will close on Monday 9th at 8pm...all you have to do to enter is leave your name with Inlinkz and I'll announce the winner bright and early on Tuesday 10th...
but in the meantime why don't you pop over and check out all the fabulous goodies on offer at THE RIBBON GIRL...as the name suggests you'll not only find oodles of delicious ribbons in every colour of the rainbow but loads of other gorgeous bits and pieces to embellish your cards beautifully.
To change tack completely...have I told you lately how much I love my Vagabond...
in fact I would go as far as to admit that it probably borders on fanatical adoration...he's worked his little socks off and definitely earned his keep over the last week with the kitting marathon for "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" and nothing is too much trouble...chipboard...card...paper...he takes it all in his stride without complaint but I've had a few "heart in my mouth" moments cutting 90 Vintage Lace borders...
I don't know about you but it scares the living daylights out of me every time the cutting plates do this...
But we're on the home straight now...just a load of chipboard letters to die cut and we'll be crossing the finishing line...another kitting marathon done and dusted. I had a bit of a break from the kitting production line yesterday when the grandkiddies came to visit for some egg rolling fun...after decorating said eggs...
we set off in search of the nearest hill. Oliver was heartbroken when his egg reached the bottom of the hill only to be gobbled up by the Furry Boy...egg...shell...rub-on and promarker colouring down in one...Brodie didn't fare much better...he threw it so hard that it exploded on impact leaving Megan and Grandma to walk away with the prize.
What's happened to the glorious Spring weather...crikey we've had snow on the hills and the wind is now blowing right down from Arctic...off to look out my gloves and wrap up extra cosy for this morning's stroll.
And hoop-de-doo-de-doo I was so excited when checking out Tim's April Tag on "12 Tags for 2012" to see that I was one of the lucky March Tag winners and seeing as The Vagabond just happens to be ready for action...I think I may just be able to sneak in a little playtime.
Catch up with you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

One of my favourite colours Kath. Thanks for the chance to win some gorgeous ribbons xx
ReplyDeleteLove the eggs you did for the grand kids. Hope Buddy enjoyed his 'spa' day! I have the Big Shot electronic cutter which is similar and I do get in a state when the plates curl too - I just turn them over and they seem to flatten a bit (I don't think it is right to do that but I still do). Have a good day. Thanks for the opportunity to win the ribbons.

Poor Oliver, getting it all the way down the hill only to be gobbled up! lol. I'm taking my kids out at the weekend to roll their eggs but I hope this weather lets up by then!! At least it hasn't snowed here yet like the weather man said it would.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win and good luck with your GJWTHF class. I wish I could go, but I have moved out of Aberdeen now and don't drive so it's a bit of a pain to get there now :(
Yummy colour, thanks for a chance. Well done you on your win, well deserved. Carolxx
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had fun yesterday Kath. Can't say I'm surprised that Buddy ate the egg shell and all. Catriona's friend used to have a Lab and one time when he was out with her Dad shooting he ate a bird including the feathers!
