Hold Fast To Who You Are

Hello my friends, I'm back to share a modern contemporary card using Simon Says Stamp Artsy Butterflies 6" x 8" stamp set, an add on to the April Card Kit and Stay True 4" x 6" stamp set from the recent In My Heart release, on a simple Distress Paint background.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 51/4" and added vertical stripes of Spun Sugar, Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, Old Paper, Shabby Shutters and Shaded Lilac Distress Paints using a small flat paintbrush.

I added splatters using Black Soot Distress Paint.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stay True stamp set and the butterflies from Artsy Butterflies, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.

I added Gina K Black Mini Pearls, matted the panel on to Distress Black HeavyStock trimmed to be 1/8" larger and fixed to a top-folding A2 white card blank.
