Hello my friends, I'm back to share another card using products from Simon Says Stamp Long Stem Florals May 2026 card kit.
I love the whimsical sketchy flowers in the Long Stem Florals 4" x 6" stamp set and created a card using them coloured with Pawsitively Saturated Mini Ink cubes, the Long Stem Florals 6" x 6" Stencil and Long Stem Florals co-ordinating dies, which did not come in the kit but are an add-on to purchase separately.I stamped the 4 floral images from the stamp set on to a 4" x 5.1/4" panel of Distress Watercolor card, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.I placed the panel on Simon Says Stamp Black Stamp and Stencil Mat and applied Sprout and Pearfection Pawsitively Saturated Inks through the stencil using Simon Says Stamp Detail Round Blending Brush.I repeated for the flowers using Simon Says Stamp Zest and Honey Pawsitively Saturated Inks, added flicks of water and dried.I stamped one of the floral images and a sentiment on to a scrap of Distress Watercolor card, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, coloured the flower as before and die-cut using the co-ordinating Long Stem Florals dies.I fixed the flower and sentiment in place with Simon Says Stamp 3D Thin Foam Squares and added Simon Says Stamp Black Splatter.I added Gina K Mini Black Pearls, fixed the panel to the Simple Stories Vintage Junk Market dark brown paper included in the kit and matted on to an A2 top folding white card blank.
The weather forecast for the weekend is good so I'm on a mission to finish sowing my vegetable seeds and get the pots ready for bedding plants. Enjoy your weekend whatever you are planning and I'll be back on Monday to share my DT project for Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge.
