Hello - Simon Says July Card Kit

Hello my friends, it's that exciting time of the month when the Simon Says Stamp card kit arrives and woohoo, the Pop Art July 2026 card kit is amazing, chock full with great products to spark your creativity and if you head over to Simon Says Stamp HERE, you can subscribe to the kit if you don't already, purchase individual items from the kit and find a selection of great add-on products to use alongside the kit.

I made an easy 5 step card using only products from the kit, the Pop Art 6" x 8" stamp set, Simon Says Black heavyweight cardstock, Clear Prism Dazzling Gems and some of my favourite colours of Distress Oxide inks. You could switch up the ink colours and chunky sentiments to create a variety of cards for different occasions.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4", inked the wonky circle from the Pop Art 6" x 8" stamp set with Kitsch Flamingo, Scattered Straw, Tumbled Glass and Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide inks and stamped randomly over the panel.
I stamped the circles and star, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.
I stamped Hello twice on to the panel and once on to a scrap of Distress Watercolor, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. There are dies available for the stamp set (linked below) but I don't have them yet, so I fussy cut around the sentiment and fixed in place with Simon Says Stamp Thin 3D Foam Squares.
I smooshed Kitsch Flamingo and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks on to my glass mat and used a Detailer Waterbrush to colour the trimmed sentiment to match with the background.
I added the Simon Says Clear Prism Dazzling Gems.
To finish I fixed the panels to A2 panels trimmed from the Black Heavyweight card included in the kit and fixed to an A2 white blank, trimmed, scored and folded from the Neenah Solar White card also included in the kit.

I'll be back soon to share more makes with the kit, in the meantime, have fun with whatever you are creating.
Hugs Kath xxx

  1. This is a great idea for a card and is sparking lots of other options just by changing the shape and colours. Thank you so much for sharing - very inspiring!
    Best wishes
