Daring Cardmakers Challenge

Wow what a fun challenge this week from Kathy on Daring Cardmakers....in the style of the TV programme Ready Steady Cook.....where the contestants are given a bag of ingredients and here they are....

3 different papers
At least one piece of chipboard
At least 1 button
At least 1 piece of ribbon
optional: 1 extra item/element of your choice
I had great fun with this one and took inspiration from one of my crafting heroes.....
Shari Carroll from Hero Arts
Papers: Basic Grey Sultry Collection
Chipboard: Woodware Flourish
coloured with Distress Ink Pad...Peeled Paint
Image: Imaginesce...Snag Em Stamps....Chick
Button: Basic Grey Sultry
Ribbon from stash
Sentiment: Tiny Text
The weather has been glorious here over the last 4 or 5 days.....and it's another gorgeous morning here in Aberdeenshire.....really spring like and hey even a little bit on the warm side...could SPRING really be on the way......I so love this time of year when the garden is bursting into life.... the birdies are singing their little hearts out and busying themselves with nest building....ME....I am  a real morning bird.... love sitting out on the patio with my first coffee of the day....long before the rest of the world is up and about.....but need to find some time this week to get out there and do a bit of a tidy up.......clear away all the autumn and winter debris
BUT......still lots of crafty stuff to get done.....but it's great to be able to work in the cubbyhole with no heater on......the door wide open....watching the birds and "The Budster" popping in and out in between his little trampling expeditions.....think we need to get a great big sign
"DO NOT WALK ON THE FLOWERS"
catch up with you all tomorrow with my card for the new challenge on Stampin Chic.....Limited Supplies..... and believe me...this one was a challenge.......I'm afraid "LIMITED SUPPLIES" isn't a word in my vocabulary.
Hugs Kath xxxxxxx
