PINK, ORANGE AND BROWN.....
HOT CHOCOLATE !!!
HOT CHOCOLATE !!!
which I mis-read....only the Orange and Brown registered in this old brain.....it wasn't until I uploaded my card onto the computer and went to do the link.....I noticed there was Pink too.....oh sugar... and believe me....that wasn't what I said. Brown is one of my fave colours...orange not but they do work great together and ...... you know...me thinks I like it and I managed to fit in a little bit of pink with the Prima flowers....it's called feeking....and if you don't know what that means....here is the definition.......to correct a mistake by making it look as though it was meant to be.....a crafting technical term....I use all the time.....
Papers: WeR Memory Keepers
Dark Brown Cardstock
Image: Hero Arts
stamped with Tim Holtz Distressed Ink and slightly
brushed out with a water brush
Flowers: Prima
The moral of the story is......always read the instructions carefully before you begin....must take a note of that in my little Miss Memory Book......I really need to write everything down these days but big problem when I forget to take MMB with me....
The weather here is turning decidedly colder and the forecast aint good.....hope it doesn't decide to start dumping lots of snow before Thursday.......I need to get to the SECC......am not worried about getting home.....another few days at the show wouldn't upset me at all.....catch up with you all tomorrow for some sneaky peeks.
P.S. Just been on Lorraine's blog and yikes...have they got snow in Glasgow.....so cosy boots looked out for tomorrow and better warn hubby....may be missing for a few days.
Another P.S. to answer Suzanne's question....the sentiment is all part of the one stamp but you could mask it out if you wanted.
Hugs Kath xxxxx
