I'm Back

Morning folks....yes I'm back home and still in one piece...and I bet you didn't think I would be posting this morning but believe it or not....no lie in and even I'm surprised that after 3 days of constant Shapecutting and punching I have no aches and pains...not the slightest little twinge of pain in the foot department.....all down to these guys....so thank you to M&S for your wonderful slippers.....not glamorous I admit but oh so comfy.

And did we have a fabulous time or what......it was such a pleasure to meet such lovely crafters.....we had such fun and it was a hoot from start to finish.......big thank you to all the lovely Fiskarettes who popped by to say hello and pick up their very generous goodie bags from Fiskars......to all my lovely bloggy buddies who came to say hello to Lorraine and I.....can't mention you all individually because at this moment in time...my brain has gone to mush and I wouldn't want to miss anyone out...but you know who you are.....and a special hug to Jan who thought that I looked so much younger in real life......friend for life there girl....but I suspect Jan that perhaps the time has come to get your eyes tested.....and it was great to meet up with my lovely bloggy bud Bev who was demo-ing on the Hobby House Stand....Julie, Laura and Richard from Craftwork Cards  and of course....it was such a pleasure working with my old Fiskars mucker.....Lorraine....she has the patience of a saint to put up with this old chatterbox for 3 whole days.....FIT  (that's a little private joke).....and here she is demonstrating our favourite tool at the show (NOT).... she will kill me for posting this.....but I'm a lady who loves to live dangerously.  Have lots of other pics but believe me folks.....they need major airbrushing on my part and wouldn't want to give Fiskars the impression that we were larking about instead of working.....would we.

The only casualty of the show is my voice....a little bit croaky this morning after 3 days of constantly chatting but hey you can't do this job unless you have the gift of the gab as they say.....and I was definitely at the front of the queue when the ability to chat was handed out.....and how did the purse fare I hear you ask....just a little bit of a hit....brand new Nesties from the lovely Gordon at Once Upon a Stamp....gorgeous bling and charms from Hobby House.    And I can't wait to play with my gorgeous bundle of the new Craftwork Cards products from Julie.....but it may take me a few days to get back in the swing and I need to get back into the neglected painting and decorating in the bedroom.
Slept like a top last night with my gorgeous snuggly bundle of golden deliciousness at my feet....he was so glad to see me home and I missed him so much and our morning strolls...he would have loved the lovely riverside walk outside the hotel......but it's back to reality and 149 e-mails which I am trying to work my way through....so if I haven't got back to you...I promise I will in the next few days....and I need to catch up with what's been going on in bloggyland while I've been away.
Catch up with you all later and remember to pop back tomorrow to see who has won the Blog Candy Goodie Box and I have another little surprise for you.
Hugs kath xxxx
Edited to add:  I told you my brain had turned to mush....the Blog Candy winner won't be announced until Wednesday morning.
