First things first I need to finish off the step-by-steps for the samples which will be on the Fiskars stand at the NEC....just one left to do and thank goodness for that...my least favourite job in the world.
So what's on my workdesk today.....lots of goodies...the Goods Received Department at the cubbyhole has been kept rather busy... a whole roll of Baker's Divine Twine arrived from The Ribbon Girl...
then Mr Parcelforce arrived with this from Craftwork Cards...
thanks girls....a bit naughty of me but I am going to keep you guessing until later in the week....
and that's not all....my lovely postie arrived with more parcels....oh dear I have been naughty again and ordered some more Timmie goodies from The Glitter Pot with the intention of getting all inky and mucky with the Configurations Box I bought on my Timmietastic Experience....crikey I can hardly believe it was 3 weeks ago...
and last but not least and nothing whatsoever to do with crafting...the magic stuff I can't live without...Ojon Revitalising Mist....the secret potion that turns my "electric shock hair look" every morning into something not quite so scary and was I in panic mode being down to just a dribble....so all those lovely NEC crafters will no longer be confronted by Wurzel Gummidge when they arrive to play at the Fiskars Workshops.
The notebook from my Simply Create class is still sitting in the cubbyhole...unloved and unwanted it would appear...not claimed from Monday's post....
so if you want it and would give it a good home......leave a comment here and The Furry Boy will choose a winner on Friday. So after a parcel fest kind of a day....it's back to the crafty list.
Catch up with you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

Have a ball at the NEC!
It looks like your fingers will soon be very busy! So many new things to play with!
ReplyDeleteBusy busy KAth - am so with you about the instructions. I now do them literally as I make the sample...or I'mnot sure I'd ever be able to..they make my eyelids droop at the thought!! You'll have a smashing time at the NEC meeting and teaching - wish I was coming. Don't enter me into your draw - I've already benefitted from Buddy's generosity recently!
ReplyDeleteNow then Kath, a small bone to pick - I think you might be fibbing a bit in this "cubbyhole" description missus - I am beginning to suspect, from the frequency and size of deliveries, that it is more cubbywarehouse!! Where do you cram it all hunny? Thanks for more smiles. Hugs Sxx

ReplyDeleteHi Kath
ReplyDeletemmm... that notebook would look lovely at Chez Rosie!!
Imagine anyone not wanting your notebook. I'll give it a loving, caring home and stroke it everyday. It will want for nothing that a notebook needs to get through life and I'll even use a brand new pen to write in it - if I can bear to that is.
ReplyDeleteOK enough!! Buddy pick me!!
I think I might have to hijack your postie one of the days Kath - he brings you the yummiest parcels. :)
Edna x
Afternnon Kath & Buddy, Oh dear, I can't believe that your notebook hasn't been claimed and it so pretty. As a serial notebook enthusiast it would get a good home here - my scrapbook notebook is getting rather full. However, I see thre is no shortage of claimants this week, so Buddy your going to have your work cut out chosing the worthy recipient :) Have a great time at the NEC Kath. REgards, Elizabeth x #74

I'm a writer as well as a crafter, so I'd love to have your notebook...who knows, it might one day contain the first draft of a best-selling novel! lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for your fab and inspiring blog!
Allie.
Another lucky lady with new stash! I have that sewing die too but only run it though my big shot to check it worked! LOL! Gotta finish my currnet project then I can play. Love your book too and I have just the right use for it! Make a note of all the lovely blogs I have been lucky to go on!
ReplyDeleteHope all goes well for you at the NEC. Sadly, I shall not be going, although I live so close. The cost of getting to and into these shows is becoming prohibitive for me, not to mention parking the car. I prefer to save that money and spend it later on more goodies I really NEED. You have so many lovely things to work with, and I am sure that lovely notebook will look wonderful on someone's desk. I must find myself a book to decorate and write all my crafting "recipes" in, to save forgetting how I do things, good or bad.
