Ribbon Give-away

Morning folks....the Fiskars cards are done and dusted and now I am steeling myself for a morning of step-by-steps...a real "big girl knicker" job requiring mega motivation which at this moment in time is non-existent...perhaps the promise of playing this afternoon with this month's gorgeous bundle of ribbon goodies from the Ribbon Girl and my yummy Project of the Month Kit from Craftwork Cards might just do the trick...

choc a bloc with yummy goodies....love those elegant shaped cards....gorgeous papers and all the bits and pieces coloured co-ordinated to make life easier for us crafty girls...you can get it HERE and I have no doubt that before too long the lovely and super duper talented girls on the Design Team will be sharing  fabulous inspiration with you all over at the Craftwork Cards blog
I have so much unfinished stuff lying around and need to find some spare time to play with the latest arrival at the cubbyhole..the amazing Vagabond....but work takes priority....still haven't got round to kitting for my class on Saturday at The Papeterie...looks like a skidding in by the seat of my pants job again and need to get my thinking cap on for my demo day at Papercrafts Boutique Elgin....only 4 weeks away....and no feminine Hero Arts/Tim Holtz projects this time folks...I am going to be getting down dirty and grungy with distress and alcohol inks and lots of yummy new Timmie products and still have to make my DT card for Penny Black Saturday....looks like more burning the midnight oil is on the cards.
This crafting malarkey can be a bit of a lonely existence....stuck in the cubbyhole for days on end with only The Furry Boy for company...he really is a sweetie but the conversation can be a bit one sided....so I really appreciate you popping over....keeping me company and leaving lovely comments which preserve my sanity....otherwise I would be talking to myself.....so as a little thank you The Furry Boy has decided it's time for a ribbon declutter......
and not before time....they are multiplying at a rate of knots and threatening to take over..so a bumper bag of ribbons...flowers...buttons and bits and bobs will be winging their way to....
and
Contact us with your addresses girls and we will get your parcels off in the mail.

My Candy Give-away closes at midnight tonight so last chance to get your name in the hat....will be back bright and early tomorrow with the winner and the next instalment of the canvas project.

  12. Hi Kath, sounds as if you're super-busy at the moment. I seem to be having a week when I'm not achieving anything at all. I've got my DT card made for Saturday but that's about it. Well I did make a simple bracelet and earrings this morning so that's something. Best get on with sewing up a jumper and cardie for Oliver and Poppy. Been knitted for ages but I hate sewing up knitting!!

  16. Kath I think the best crafters 'fly by the seat of their pants' (even their big knickers) and produce their best work when snowed under. I'm sure you'll get there and there will be some more of your fabbo work on the blog. Give Buddy a hug from me.
