What's on my Workdesk Wednesday

Morning folks...yes it's Wednesday already...the middle of the week and time for the world's crafty folks to hop on over to Julia's place aka WOYWW...all except me...I'm not linking up today because I've failed miserably leaving comments lately...Mr "Hissy Fit" Blogger has been up to his old tricks again driving me round the bend with the latest version of blogging torture....the "Error 503" thingy making commenting a hair pulling out...gnashing of teeth...chucking the computer out the window hit or miss experience and whilst I'm on the subject...his body clock also seems to have gone completely haywire...why give us the choice of scheduling posts when he just goes and does his own thing and for reasons known only to himself will no doubt be posting this at some silly o'clock instead of the time I requested.
Now I've got that off my chest bringing the blood pressure back to normal and considering I've already done the whole "doesn't it take an age" photo editing thing I'd better share what's on my workdesk...
Tim's fabulous Distress Markers...a pile of tags and gorgeous Steam Punk Style stamps from Creative Expressions designed by the very talented Sam Poole but first I need to get busy with the E-Z Mount...not my most favourite of jobs but certainly made easier with my trusty Fiskars Non Stick Scissors...
then I'll be cracking on with the samples for my Distress Marker Demo at
23rd June 10.00am - 12.30pm
so if you're curious to know what these pens can do
why don't you come along and join me for a morning of Marker Fun
And if Tim Holtz floats your boat...you can join me in the afternoon for a
1.30pm - 3.30pm
hints...tips and techniques using his fabulous range of Distress products...
a little birdie tells me there may be one or two spaces still available...so if you fancy an afternoon of being inspired by Tim Holtz...call Charlotte on 01224 802337 to book your front row seat
Check out the rest of the goodies I brought home from my "pick-up demo stamps" trip to The Papeterie...
my very own Ranger Demo Apron...love it and it's got pockets...I ask you...there must be something sadly lacking in my life when I find myself dancing a jig because an apron's got pockets...another box of my "can't live without" Diamond White Cardstock...it's panic stations in the cubbyhole when we're down to just one box and if you would like a sample of this fabulous card...pop over and leave Charlotte a PM on The Papeterie Facebook Page and woohoo I just had to have this gorgeous set of stamps from Hero Arts...the very same feather images that Debbi used on her stunning "GJWTHF" notebook...I'm left wondering why this one escaped my crafty clutches for so long.
I'll see you tomorrow...can't guarantee what time...all depends what mood Mr B is in.
Hugs Kath xxx

  3. Good Morning Kath, can't say as I blame you for not entering this week if you have those kind of problems, today Mr Linky is not working anyway on Julia's site. You will love those stamps from CE, I have the dress form and the bubble wrap and they are both fabulous. The bubble wrap is your fault of course as I cannot seem to do with bubble wrap what you can do!! Hope you have a productive day. Crafty hugs, Anne x

  4. morning Kath!!
oooh they all look super yummy!!
that error is really annoying isn't it?!! especially when you have Dt comments to pottle round with but I have found if you just refresh the page when that error message comes up the page loads straight in...saves me turning the air a shade of blue each time I get it...which is a lot!! romfl!!!
    huge hugs Lou xxx

  7. Hi Kath, I did wonder why your post was at midnight. I don't have a blog, but it must be so time consuming when things don't do what you want them to do. Love the new apron and all of the new stamps, can't wait to see what you do with them. Enjoy your day.

  9. the apron looks brilliant & I well understand the joy of pockets. That 503 is very frustrating! Thankfully the Safari Broswer doesn't throw it up very often.....
Have fun with the Steampunks - I've just acquired some Steampunky images & I'm getting daftly excited. Hope you have a good day.

  14. Lovely new stamps Kath and I do like the idea of the non stick scissors. I don't do much with unmounted stamps, but the few I have done drove me round the bend!

  15. I agree that Blogger can be a real pig about when he decides to post. I always schedule my Saturday morning DT post and fingers crossed it's been ok up till now after the first time I tried. Which reminds me I should do it now since I've got a car treasure hunt tomorrow night!

I'm so jealous about your demo and class on Saturday. We're off to Crieff for the weekend. Haven't seen them for ages so should be fun. Especially with their two Labs and ours! Wonder if we could lose our two somewhere?!!
