Hot Off The Press...

Morning folks...Christmas in July...do I hear lots of bah humbug moans and groans...are you all running for the hills at the mention of the "C" word. I've made up my mind that this year is going to be different at Chez Kath...those pre-Christmas stressful days are going to be a thing of the past...I'm changing my spots and will be mega organised for this year's festivities...take heed from someone who is usually charging around like a headless chicken at the very last minute...now is the time to make a start on some christmas makes and I have the very thing if you live in my neck of the woods...

6.30pm - 9.30pm
you'll make 3 projects...one with each of the tutors...all with a Christmas theme to give you a jump start on gifts and ideas for the festive season.

(This event is replacing the one on Sunday 15th July which had to be rescheduled due to a double booking on my part...sorry folks...my list making skills let me down again)

July is going to be a busy busy month at The Papeterie...woohoo guess who's coming to town...no it's too early for the big fat man in the red suit...it's the one and only extremely talented...utterly adorable crafter extraordinaire...

is there really any point in me giving times because we always run a bit over...mainly due to me overdoing it in the chatty department and of course we have to stop halfway through for a cuppa and more chat...only a few places left on this one...so if you want to come and play...call Charlotte on 01224 802337 to book a place.
Lots of stuff to prep for July but we'll worry about that on Monday...the cubbyhole crew have booked their place on the sofa for the next 3 days...looking forward to some cracking tennis.
I'll see you all tomorrow over at Penny Black Saturday for a big surprise and fabulous prizes.

    Maybe with Rafa out this will be Andy's year! I'm betting he gets to at least the final, sorry Tsonga!

    I want to love closer too - stamps feet in frustration - your classes sound like so much fun. Maybe one day......I have everything crossed for Andy, I am not a tennis fan but have been on the edge of my seat with tennis and the Tour de France. Have a great 3 days Kath (despite our lovely weather). Crafty hugs, Anne x

    I think the weather has decided it is Christmas - we've a 3 day torrential deluge here in the Beacons so I'm sitting typing in two pairs of socks, vest, shirt, scarf, jumper & dressing gown! Oh I forgot the leggings - that won't do. Enjoy the tennis.

    Hi Kath, I would have loved to pop up to visit but I just looked up the AA route planner to find out how far you are away. You're a bit too far away. I would be traveling for nearly 7 hours there and back to visit you all, plus however long I was there added to this!

    I'm late checking in to your blog today. Currently matching the tennis - 5th set, 2 sets to Murray, 6 games to 5 with Tsonga serving. Off to concentrate on it properly LOL!
