and what am I doing today....to be truthful losing the will to live and wishing I had just stayed snuggled up under the duvet. I was too bushed last night to tidy up after my marathon clear out and this was the scene that greeted me this morning.....where do I start and where is the magic tidy up fairy when you need her....
and did I ever find the stuff that created the de-stash in the first place.....in a word NO and it can stay hidden...any more searching is definitely out of the question. It's time to crack on with the altered book which is almost done and dusted....needs to be ready for the big reveal on Wednesday and if all goes according to plan maybe a challenge card or two.....but don't hold your breath because I've probably put the scuppers on anything going right today after that bold prediction.
And talking of give-aways check out the fabulous candy from my lovely bloggy bud Debbi who is celebrating her 2nd blogaversary.
Catch up with you all later
Hugs Kath xxx

ReplyDeletePoor you having to face all that mess in the morning, you could always report that someone has been in and vandalised your craft room and let the insurers pay for the clean up haha.... best not as they may blame Buddy!
Love those ribbons, perfect colours for this time of year!
Good luck with the big clean up operation.

Beautiful card! I think tidying a craft room is akin to painting the forth road bridge (your never finished). This is super ribbon candy, I have checked them out at the shop and the multi buys is a good deal!
ReplyDeleteWhenever I clear up my craft room (not too often I admit) I spend ages looking for things I have tidied away - and before I know it I've got everthing out again. lol
ReplyDeleteKind of like painting the Forth Bridge - a never ending job.
Happy tidying

I think your card is beautiful, Kath. It's not a colour combo I would think of using either, but it works really well here.
ReplyDeleteHad to laugh at your clearout saga! I did exactly the same several weeks ago, and it's still ongoing! My DH says I've got too much stuff, but he's wrong. I just have too little space.
Thanks for the chance to win your lovely ribbons. x

Beautiful card, love the colour combination and the flowers are wonderful . Would love a chance to win some ribbon. Everytime I try to tidy up and make more craft room, I seem to end up with less. x ChrisB
ReplyDeleteLove your card Kath. Sometimes it's good to try a different colour combo. I know I'm bad for always using the same colours.
ReplyDeleteKnow what you mean about searching for things. I still can't find the clear buttons I've bought twice and lost twice plus a bag of charms that have vanished!
These ribbons look yummy, might have to go for a look. Thanks for the chance to win.
Kat xx
Hi Kath. It's been a wee while since I stopped by. I never seem to find the time these days to blog although hoping now that I am back from holiday and I have a few weeks left that I'm going to get back into it. I hope I can remember how to make a card as it has been so long! Love the colour combo you've used in this one. I'm going to head on over to the Fantastic Ribbon site now to check it out. Be back soon! Lainy xx
