What a stroke of luck that the challenge this week was Christmas In July...I just love when a plan comes together (famous last words) especially when you're skidding in by the seat of your pants. The Christmas ingredients were already strewn around the cubbyhole..oh this is going to be a piece of cake...so what on earth possessed me to go down the easel card route...easy peasy to make but a nightmare to photograph...it took longer to get a half decent photo than it did to make the card. On the subject of nightmares...have you got the new updated dashboard... yes without any warning or a by your leave Mr Blogger is on a mission to confuse all us bloggers again...a more modern look perhaps but not as simple to navigate as the last one and what has he done with the scroll button. I suppose we'll get used to it in time...do we have a choice...instead of rolling out all this new fangled stuff he might be more gainfully employed concentrating on making Blogger work properly.
And I have some sad news to share with you all....we are saying goodbye to our lovely Penny Black Saturday teamie Joey....thank you Joey for all the hard work you have put in each and every week....I am going to miss your wonderful inspiration and beautiful Penny Black creations.
But there is good news...this week's fab prize for one lucky winner who will be chosen at random and announced next Saturday has been generously donated from the lovely folks at...
$20 voucher to spend in their online store
click on the logo to pop over and have a browse where you'll find a huge selection of our favourite Penny Blacks and lots of goodies for your cardmaking.
I'll be popping over to see all your gorgeous Christmas creations....have a great weekend...hope the weather is kind where you are and I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.
Happy Crafting Everyone

Now I'm puzzled as my Dasboard hasn't changed - could it be the fact I'm browsing with Safari.......haven't a clue but I agree Blogger should keep to not changing & work on improved service. Gorgeous Christmas card Kath. Looks lovely outside now, still lots of clouds though. But after the rain bouncing of the road this morning dry is a bonus. Especially since we're going to a wedding dance in a wee while!
