NO....just this messy crafter trying to nail those Fiskars deadlines...
even the floor didn't escape the carnage...
what's the WD 40 all about...my trusty old X-Cut has developed a squeaky arm which is setting my teeth on edge so he will be getting a little TLC maintenance...
what's the WD 40 all about...my trusty old X-Cut has developed a squeaky arm which is setting my teeth on edge so he will be getting a little TLC maintenance...
and the burning question...do I really need 3 pairs of scissors and 4 pokey tools on my workdesk at any one time...
Breathing a sigh of relief that the Fiskars projects are in the bag and guess what I'll be doing this morning....the big tidy up before I get my teeth stuck into the next crafty thing on the list.....OH JOY....time to put the kettle on and dream of my fast approaching holibobs.
Catch up with you all tomorrow and be warned The Furry Boy ain't happy.

your craft area is Fab! The thing about pokey tools is that you can never find one when you need one....now we know why LOL!

ReplyDeleteA messy workspace is the sign of a creative genius! Diane from capadia.blogspot.com is at CHA and was showing pics of the different booths and when she came to the card candy there were your samples. Just love the dress with the upside down candy! Certainly wish that she knew who had made them so all of her readers would come visit your wonderful blog and that handsome devil with the blond fur. eileen

Very reassuring! No matter how hard I try my space always ends up like this. It has just reached the stage where I HAVE to tidy as I can no longer find a thing!!
ReplyDeleteOMG Kath it looks likes a bomb's dropped lol - at least you know it's productive mess and I bet it's tidy in no time - pity it isn't food on the floor I'm sure Buddy would be giving you hand with the clean up then!

Had to sit down Kath , thought I was visiting the wrong Cubbyhole ----have to agree with Debz, have never seen it messy like this before --- is it all this French Gay Abandon ????????? I know Fiskars make garden tools --- but they'd better launch a range of craft space tidy up tools !!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhere was Buddy in all this ?????

OK, 4 pokey things may be one too many, but 3...totally ok! LOL! It looks like a well loved space of a creative mind on a mission! Congrats on getting your Fiskars projects done before the deadline! -Amanda #45
ReplyDeleteHi Kath looks like you had a great old time creating today. Glad you managed to get the job finished and in the bag. Knowing you, I bet it's like a new pin by now. Hugs x ChrisB
ReplyDeleteI agree with the other posters, your space looks "real" now. At last count there were four pairs of scissors on my desk. Did Mr. B get another coating of glitter?

Wow, I'm going to show my husband your room, and then he might realise that I at least try to keep mine (I do have to share it with him when he works from home) tidy! I love it though, all those crafty goodies, I'd be like a kid in a sweet shop!!
ReplyDeleteJo x
So glad to see you have a messy floor too. Just noticed that you store your papers in the thin plastic boxes, on their side ...think I need to try them that way ...easier to get at.
ReplyDeleteOh my...you really are under pressure! Your room is always awesome!
ReplyDeletei love it!! looks like some awesome CRAFTINESS WAS A HAPPENING HERE!!!
ReplyDeleteawesome looking mess! A mess only a true crafter could create and a true crafter could appreciate. I love all the bits and pieces I can nosey around in. Thanks for sharing it with me I am in heaven! Vickie
ReplyDeleteI thought I was looking at my room but the furniture was different. LOL
ReplyDeleteLove the wonderful creative mess. Just what I needed today.
Criky Kath, you must have been whizzing about like a tornado in there. That's certainly the aftermath of a busy crafting session. I'm sure normal service was soon restored though.
