Congratulations Sandra...please e-mail us with your address and your Scentsicles will be popping through your letterbox soon to bring some Christmas Fragrance to your home this year.
The cubbyhole crew are planning a "deck the halls" day...we're excited about unpacking the NEW TREE...note to self....remember to read the instructions.
But first I'm sharing a Candle Wrap I made for the December Newsletter from Fiskars using the Shapecutter and Stars Template...
because the flowers and stars are attached to the wire rather than the candle...the wrap can be removed and used on another candle...
and a little tip that I use all the time...let the candle burn down until there is a sufficiently deep well around the wick...cut off the wick and insert a tealight or LED tealight. Candles never seem to burn down evenly and end up looking unattractively lopsided but this way your candles will always look good and last forever.
See you all tomorrow with "fingers crossed" a tree hung with sparkly baubles and lights that work.

Congratulations to Sandra!
ReplyDeleteLove the candle, Kath...that's a great idea about attaching the stars and flowers to the wrap. Also thanks for the tip re: keeping a large candle 'intact'.
Hugs,
Jennifer. x
