Polkadoodles Challenge 20

Morning folks and it's time for another challenge over at Polkadoodles..... we have another fabby sketch this week from Nikky....and the team brief was to use the Crimbleydoodles download...of course you can use anything you want.....and was I tempted to use the fab tartan/plaid paper included in this download....but knew that some of my lovely teamies had already used it.....so it's a "real Kath" card this week....plain and simple.

 Bazzill CardStock Red
Papers..Sentiment & Snowflake....Crimblydoodles Download
Ribbon: American Crafts
Gems from stash
finished off with a little squiggly doodling with Inkssentials White Opaque Pen

And talking of gems and before you all e-mail me....yes I know one has slipped every so slightly....but a little nudge with the pokey tool will soon have that cheeky blighter back in place.
Nikky has just finished her latest CD....Not for Girls......and it's fabulous.....chocca full of great stuff for those awkward male cards.....I didn't get mine until yesterday due to this blooming postal strike....so I haven't had time to play yet but if you want to see what's in it.....you need to tune into Create & Craft.....Freeview 36 or Sky 671 today at 11.00am....you are so going to want this one.
"His Nibs"  and I have just got back from our morning stroll and it was blinking freezing.....wow no fear of lovely summer days now.....we are definitely heading for Winter.....need to look out the scarves and cosy gloves.....well that it's for today folks....off to get the kettle on and get a nice hot cuppa...catch up with you all tomorrow for another fabby challenge from Penny Black Saturday

Hugs Kath xxxxxxx

  3. Hi kath, now I know you don't do plain and simple that card is super.

The sun is shining here Kath, but it's definatly chilly. I'm a northener really but I'm afraid a bit of a southern softy now.

The postal strike is driving me mad, I am still waiting for stuff that was sent a few weeks ago, seems to be effecting anything I order from overseas the most......it must be a sign to stop me spending LOL

  10. Kath this is beautiful. Just love that snowflake with the sparkly embellishing. Great take on the sketch. Its quite strange to hear that you are thinking of scarves, etc as we here in Johannesburg are pulling out our cossies.
