It's playtime...

Hi folks...the cubbyhole crew are slap bang in the middle of the kitting marathon but I'm always looking for a chance to skive off for some crafty playtime and where there's a will...there's ALWAYS a way...there was one great big lightbulb moment when I remembered I needed to make one more Inspiration Emporium DT project for February...come what may I was using some of the new goodies and here it is...a "yes it's playtime fun project" using what is probably going to be one of my favourite Tim Holtz stamp sets ever...Flower Garden along with the Correspondence Paper Stash...Remnant Rubs and the luscious new Abandoned Coral Distress Marker...don't you just love when a plan comes together...

And as luck would have it...perfect for the February "Love Is In The Air" challenge over at Inspiration Journal...you still have time to enter with the chance of winning a fabulous $50 spend at Inspiration Emporium so dig out your supplies and have fun crafting.

  9. WOW!! This is fantastic!! Please consider a tutorial/step out on the coloring - I think I see embossing powder along the petal edges to contain the ink, but wondering how you get those lovely feathered edges inside the petals! Take pity on this newbie :-) Psst, Buddy, can you put in a good word for me? My smarter half, Rascal, will vouch for me I am sure! xx to you both, Lynn
