Simon Says - Thanks/Thanksgiving

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog...thank you for joining us for last week's challenge...we hope you can join us this week too because...

and the theme for this week is...

THANKS/THANKSGIVING
I created a set of Thank You Cards to gift to a friend
I started off by trimming panels of Distress Watercolor card slightly smaller than an
A2 card and applied a light wash of Antique Linen Distress Paint, leaving the edges white
I cut out a mask from copy paper to cover the edges and stamped the Planks background from TimHoltz/Stampers Anonymous Craze and Planks with Bundled Sage Distress Oxide
I inked the leaf images from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous with a mix of Distress Oxide inks and a Gathered Twigs Distress Marker and spritzed the stamp lightly with water before stamping. I stamped each image on the 6 panels before moving on to the next.
I used Simon Says Stamp Script Thanks Die to die-cut the word from the panel, set it aside, placed the shadow die on the panel and die-cut.
I matted the panel on to Kraft card, fixed the word into the shadow space with Distress Collage Medium Matte and spritzed with Antiqued Bronze Distress Mica Spray

I stamped the sentiments from Simon Says Stamp Big Thanks Words on to Kraft card with Versmark ink, heat embossed with Ranger Superfine White Embossing Powder and trimmed to create sentiment strips.

I stitched around the panels and matted on to A2 white card blanks
