Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Modern Christmas

Hi folks, I'm sharing a card I made for the Facebook Live launch of Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous 2019 Christmas Collection of stamps and stencils using Modern Christmas, Into The Woods and Lumberjack. I began by creating a rectangular mask for the centre of the card, stamped the Lumberjack background with Black Soot Distress Archival on to a panel of Distress Watercolor card slightly smaller than A2 and matted on to a card blank covered with black card.

I stamped the trees, branch and berries from Into The Woods with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink, Ground Espresso and Fired Brick Distress Archival inks on to the blank space. I doodled around the space with a Black Micro pen to define the rectangle more.

I stamped the bird from Modern Christmas using Black Soot Distress Archival and the sentiment with Fired Brick Distress Archival on to a scrap of Distress Watercolor card, trimmed and fixed to the top corner of the card.

I added Glossy Accents to the berries.

I've fallen a bit behind sharing the projects I made for the Stampers Anonymous and Sizzix Chapter 3 and 4 Facebook Lives because I've been laid low for the last week or so with a stinking head cold but, thanks to that magical jar of Manuka honey, I think I'll be back to firing on all cylinders soon.
