Simon Says - Rainbow

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us for last week's challenge and we hope you can join us this week too because

and the theme for this week is...

RAINBOW

I created cards using the circle and circle outline images from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Note Quotes stamped with a rainbow assortment of Distress Oxide inks and decorated with Idea-ology Botanical Layers, Ephemera Snippets and Photographic Collage Paper.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to create 2 Mini Slimline panels - 3" x 6". I inked the circle image from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Note Quotes with Barn Door Distress Oxide ink, spritzed with water and stamped on to the panels. I cleaned the stamp and re-inked with Ripe Persimmon, Fossilized Amber, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet and Villainous Potion and stamped across and down the panels to create a rainbow of circles. I stamped the outline circles and sentiments inked with Black Soot Distress Archival ink.

I added small torn strips of script from Idea-ology Photographic Collage Paper and Idea-ology Botanical Layers popped up on foam squares to add dimension.

I also added Idea-ology Ephemera Snippets and Ephemera Snippets Number Strips.

To finish I matted the panels on to 3.1/4" x 6.1/4" Mini Slimline White card blanks covered with Distress Black HeavyStock.
