Morning folks.....yes I am still here and don't want to tempt fate but things are ticking along nicely...have managed to get lots of stuff moved into the new cubbyhole and it's beginning to look a little bit like a craft room although still has that "hit by a bomb" look but as they say I can see the wood for the trees now and hopefully I will be able to clear some space to get my DT stuff done today although it's going to be really strange working here and I must admit I am a little bit sad.....the old cubbyhole is looking a tad abandoned. I know it's going to be quite emotional when it is completely cleared and I come out and shut the door for the last time.....and what I can't fathom out......I have more space in the new cubby hole.....so why am I struggling to fit everything in....wish I had bought more shelves but another day out to Ikea.....don't even go there.
And surprise surprise I have a card to share......my niece is leaving work on maternity leave and her colleagues asked me to make a card with a huge bump.....happy to oblige

It's looks as though it's going to be another gorgeous day....so off to get the washing on the line...a quick cuppa outside with my birdie friends and then "The Budster" and I are off for our morning stroll.....believe me he's been keeping his head under the radar lately......nowhere to be seen when there is work to do but he seems to be taking a bit of a shine to the new crafty space.....more space for him to chill out but that may change by the time I squeeze everything in.....catch up with you all tomorrow for a brand new challenge on Polkadoodles.

Love this card Kath it's perfect, how you've decoupaged the bump, great idea. The cubbyhole is looking a bit lonely, you could always rent it out to holidaying crafters, a crafty retreat! :)xx

That card is adorable! I am so interested in watching your progress in getting your area set up. I have loved all things Scottish, English, Irish since I was a girl. Your descriptions of your morning with your cuppa outside, hanging out the wash, and your walk with your doggie all warm my heart, as I imagine it in my mind's eye. All my life I wanted to visit....but it didn't happen and now I continue to enjoy hearing about life in your part of the world!!
