Simon Says - 4 Legged Animals

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us for last week's challenge and we hope you can join us this week too because

and the theme for this week is...

4 LEGGED ANIMALS

I created a trio of fun and funky Valentine cards with fuzzy bunnies die-cut from Sizzix Neutral and Festive felt using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Bunny Stitch Thinlits. I used Distress Light Gray Woodgrain card for the backgrounds, Idea-ology Floral and Agenda Linen Tape and Simon Says Love You Greetings for the sentiments.

I trimmed Tim Holtz Distress Light Gray Woodgrain card to create 3 - 3.1/2" x 5" panels and coloured with Salvaged Patina and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide inks.

I fixed Sizzix Adhesive Sheets to grey and white felt from Sizzix Neutral pack and die-cut using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Bunny Stitch Thinlits.

I assembled the bunnies and added stitches die-cut from red felt from Sizzix Festive pack. I die-cut the hearts from contrasting colours of red from the same pack, assermbled and add stitches die-cut from white felt.

I added Idea-ology Floral and Agenda Linen Tape to the bottom of the panels and added red felt scalloped trim die-cut using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Abstract Elements.

I stamped the sentiments from Simon Says Love You Greetings, inked with Simon Says Intense Black ink.

I removed the backing from the die-cuts, fixed them on to the panels which I matted on to panels of Simon Says Mint cardstock and fixed to white card blanks.
