More Prize Ribbon Love

Hi my friends, I'm back to share more Prize Ribbon love with another two cards I made with, what I confess may be a new favourite colour combo, Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Spray and Fossilized Amber Distress Spray Stain and also using some of the new products Simon Says Stamp sent me from the recent Make Magic Release.

I trimmed Distress White HeavyStock to create 2 - 4" x 5.1/4" panels, spritzed Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Spray and Fossilized Amber Distress Spray Stain on to the craft mat on my Glass Media Mat and laid the panels on to the ink. I dried and then tapped the panels back into the ink to pick up the remaining droplets.

I die-cut the shadow from black card and the words directly from the background panel using Simon Says You're The Best Wafer Thin dies.

I fixed the black shadow section over the die-cut aperture and fixed the You're the Best sentiment on top using Distress Collage Medium.
I inked the hat and bow tie from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Distinguished with Black Soot Archival and stamped on to scraps of Distress White HeavyStock coloured with Prize Ribbon and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide inks and die-cut using the matching Framelits or if you don't have them. they are easy to fussy cut. I fixed them to the panel popped up on foam adhesive to create dimension.

On the second card, I stamped the image from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Observations and the sentiment from Simon Says All About You on to the panel, inked with Black Soot Distress Archival. I stamped the gears image from Observations, inked with Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide, sprinkled with Prize Ribbon Embossing Glaze and heat set.
To finish, I matted both panels on to slightly larger panels of white card and fixed to black A2 card blanks.
I'm sure I'll be back soon to share more Prize Ribbon magic, in the meantime, have fun with whatever you are making.
Hugs Kath xxx
