Simon Says - Halloween/Spooky

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us for last week's challenge and we hope you can join us this week too because

and the theme for this week is...
HALLOWEEN/SPOOKY
I've been decorating Halloween treat bags for the little Trick or Treaters in our street using Tim Holtz/Ranger Black Distress Woodgrain Cardstock and Distress Mica Stains, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Thorned Layering Stencil and Sizzix Bold Text Halloween and Frightful Things Thinlits.

I trimmed Distress Black Woodgrain Cardstock to create 2 panels and applied Distress Grit Paste Crypt through the Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Thorned Layering Stencil on one panel and once dry, I added splatters of Winter Frost, Harvest Moon and Fresh Balsam Distress Mica Stains.
On the second panel, I dragged a Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink pad down the panel and added splatters of Decayed and Harvest Moon Distress Mica Stains. I die-cut both panels using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Bold Text Halloween Thinlits.
I smooshed the Special Marmalade Distress Oxide ink on to the craft mat on my Glass Media Mat, spritzed with water and dragged panels of Distress Watercolor card through the ink, dried, tapped back into the inks to pick up the remaining drops of ink, fixed to the back of the Black Woodgrain panels and trimmed.
I die-cut the ghosts 6 times from Distress Watercolor card and layered to create dimension and the spiders and webs from left-over card coloured with Spiced Marmalde using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Frightful Things Thinlits and fixed to the panels with Distress Collage Medium. I cut the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Confections in half so that they were not so dimensional. I added Idea-ology Halloween Quote Chips and one of the spiders hanging from black thread.
I fixed the Idea-ology Halloween Confections in  place with Distress Collage Medium and matted the panels on to Kraft Gift Bags.
I smooshed the Spiced Marmade Distress Oxide ink pad on to my Glass Media Mat, spritzed with water, tapped the seam binding into the ink, scrunched up with my fingers and dried.
I die-cut "of" from Distress Watercolor card to complete the sentiment using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Alphanumeric Thin Thinlits and fixed in place with Distress Collage Medium with the help of my Tim Holtz/Sizzix Squeezers.
To finish I added double bows to the handles of the gift bags.
