Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous - Christmas Element Stencils

I'm sharing cards I made with the Christmas Element Stencils from this collection, Distress Mica Stains and Distress Snowfall Grit Paste from the Tim holtz/Ranger Seasonal Holiday release.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to create 2 - 4" x 5,1/4" panels and applied Distress Snowfall Grit Paste through one of the Christmas Element stencils and the Snowflakes Layering Stencil on each panel and set aside to dry.

I spritzed Kitsch Flamingo/Evergreen Bough Distress Spray Stains on to the craft mat on my Glass Media Mat, spritzed with water, dragged the panel through the ink and dried. I spritzed the panel with Cocktail Party and Merry Mint Distress Mica Stains, spritzed lightly with water and dried. I dabbed the Snowfall Grit Paste with a damp paper towel to remove the colour from the surface. I stamped the tree image from Tim Holtz/STAMPtember 2021 stamp set, inked with Black Soot Distress Archival ink. I added splatters of Distress Resist Spray, sprinkled with White Embossing Powder and heat set. To finish I matted the panel on to Idea-ology Black KraftStock and fixed to an A2 white card blank.

I repeated the process for the second card using Bundled Sage/Tumbled Glass Distress Inks, followed by Fresh Balsam and Winter Frost Distress Mica Stains. I added Idea-ology Label Tape trimmed to create separate sentiments and fixed to an A2 white card blank.
