Tim Holtz/Ranger - Halloween Artsy Leaves

Hi my friends, I'm sharing another card using the new Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Mica Stains with Tim Holtz/Sizzix Artsy Leaves, Idea-ology Mummy Cloth, Bouquet Findings and stickers from the Idea-ology Curiosities Sticker Book.

I applied Distress Crackle Texture Paste through the Mini Halloween Script and Crossbones Layering Stencils from Set 23 on to a 4" x 5.1/4" panel of Distress Watercolor card.

Once the paste had dried, I sprayed the panel with Ominous Twilight and Specimen Distress Mica Stains, added splatters of Phantom Mist and patted the stencilled paste with a damp paper towel to remove some of the colour.

I applied Distress Collage Medium to the bottom of the panel, pressed pieces of Idea-ology Mummy Cloth into the adhesive and set aside to dry.

I coloured scraps of Distress Watercolor card with Ominous Twilight and Specimen Distress Mica Stains, die-cut using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Artsy Leaves Thinlits and assembled.

I spritzed Mulled Cider Distress Mica Stain on to my Glass Media Mat, spritzed lightly with water, tapped the Idea-ology Bouquet Findings into the stain repeatedly, until I was happy with the coverage and the colour and left to dry.

I fixed the Artsy Leaves die-cuts and Bouquet Findings to the panel with Distress Collage Medium. I tinted the labels from the Idea-ology Curiosities Sticker Book with Ominous Twilight Distress Mica Stain and fixed in place along with the butterflies also from the Curiosities Sticker Book.

I used Tim Holtz Distresser to rough up the panel edges, fixed to a panel of Distress Black HeavyStock and matted on to an A2 white card blank.

To finish, I added the word and number stickers also from the Idea-ology Curiosities Sticker Book.
