Another fantastic response to last week's challenge and lots of gorgeous girlie cards...me thinks that you really enjoyed that one...but we can't forget the boys...so this week the challenge on Penny Black Saturday is to make ......."A MAN'S CARD....but ..NO BLUE". A little bit more of a challenge perhaps....but I know you will come up with fantastic ideas and can't wait to see them all. I decided to go for earthy colours and a little bit of distressing..I think I probably took my inspiration from hubby...he is beginning to look a bit tattered around the edges some days.....oops......it's OK I'm quite safe he never reads my blog. I am really getting in to this distressing malarkey and use my trusty Fiskars scissors but have learned to proceed with caution....they are so sharp and my first attempt ended with a cut finger and blood all over the card......not a good look.
I think my little froggie is feeling a bit off colour today...HE IS... actually green but no matter where I took the photo today I just couldn't get true colour so I am blaming the weather...that's my excuse and I am sticking to it.
