Don't know why but I struggled with this one - some days it works and some days it don't and this was a real don't day......
I 've got a real thing for these little inchy pictures at the moment and hey I have discovered a great way to hold down your 1" squares until you stamp and do your colour work.....use an old Cricut mat - works perfectly...it has a grid to get your squares perfectly lined up and if you mask around with post-it notes it saves getting the ink on the mat and you could use it time and time again..no more faffing around with bits of low tack tape.

I love your card! I just have a question...wouldn't it be easier to stamp the image and then cut up the squares? I'm thinking creating a grid on the back of the paper, stamp the image on the front and then using the grid to cut it out to the correct size. Then inking and edging. Just wondering. I think the Cricut mat idea is *brilliant*, so just curious.
ReplyDeleteFab card Kath.Love it.I certainly don't see where the "real don't day" comes into it....lol.
