and my replacement Texture Fade has arrived from Sizzix along with a bonus set to make up for the trauma of my Vagabond experience.....the new boy is behaving impeccably and I think he and I will get along famously....
And a big thank you to my lovely buddy Debbi...the bees knees when it comes to crafty shopping...this girl can sniff out a "must have" from miles away..and when she told me about these packs of Kraft Card she spotted at The Papeterie...20 sheets of 12x12....4 patterns..great quality at 250gsm and an absolute snip at £4.50 (22p per sheet for goodness sake)...well say no more. And my very own fabulous personal shopper knows me so well....2 packs have now taken up residence in the cubbyhole....well a girl can never have enough Kraft Card. And if you are rushing to The Papeterie to get some.....well I think Debbi may just have had a "HobbyCraft/Brad" moment and cleared the shelves of stock but be patient Charlotte will be getting some more.
And is the gorgeous weather going to continue...who knows.. looking a bit cloudy this morning but The Furry Boy and I are off to enjoy our morning stroll together before we get back to the cubbyhole for another messy inky day. Catch up with you all tomorrow.

Have to admit to not having much idea what Steam Punk was either! Your samples look amazing. Unfortunately not much chance of me getting to Elgin on Saturday. Like the look of your bargain from the Papeterie. Debbi sure knows how to find a bargain.
ReplyDeleteStill a funny sort of day. I keep thinking it's going to brighten up here. Maybe it'll be sunny when I take the dogs out in a wee while.

I purchased the exact same paper pad this week - I love it and such a great price! OOo I look forward to see your Timmie creations! Sam xx
ReplyDeleteAnd they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks. No offence to either you or Buddy. I wouldn't have known what it was but there is a lady who comes to our Brighouse meetings and she is into it (and she is our age)
ReplyDeleteGood on you, looking forward to the finished product.
