Santa Baby...

Hi folks...yes I've been very naughty sneaking in a little play with my new Tim Holtz Christmas goodies when there's a pile of work stuff to do and a last minute weekend little jaunt to organise but I'm sure you'll sympathise...sometimes a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do and these gorgeous papers were driving me round the bend...
and the only way to stave off a bout of the crafty withdrawals is to delve in and get chopping. I've had these burlap panels for ages and to be honest never quite knew what I was going to do with them but once I started leafing through the paper pad...voila I was in Santa Baby mode and no mistake...

I had a bit of a stumbling block moment when it came to the trim on the dress form....cotton wool just didn't look right...I wanted something bright white and sparkly...look no further than Wendy Vecchi's fabulous Embossing Paste which is truly WHITE and with a generous sprinkling of the gorgeous old Glamour Dust....hey presto Christmas Sparkly.
Time to tidy away the Christmas stash and get crafting with the delicious bundle of goodies that Penny Black sent me to play with...
DT project to make for this month's Penny Black Saturday Challenge and if Mr Mojo's in a good mood...some Penny Black makes to share with you soon.
See you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

  1. Just spent a lovely evening singing and playing my ukulele with Sam Brown and Co and "popped in" before hitting the hay. I love the decorated dress form and the glamorous fur is great. Really must make a start on those Christmas cards, but it's been so warm here I'm spending as much time in the garden while I can. X

Love your work with the new Tim stuff - I was very tempted on Monday when I put an order in to CVC for some Tim stuff - but the chemist won out in the end - it was a necessity!!! 15. I love the burlap panel! I'm hoping some of your seasonal inspiration will rub off on me as I can't get in the mood just yet for Christmas - the sun is still shining and the sky is so blue. I'm still thinking ice cream and paddling in the sea!
