When is a Tag not a Tag...

Hi folks...it's my turn again today to share some inspiration over on the Craftwork Cards Blog but first that question rears it's head again...when is a tag not a tag...when it's a card of course...
I used some tags from the Kraft Tag Pad matted and layered horizontally and vertically onto white cardstock to create cute little tag cards...a great way to use up the scraps of  paper you might have left over from the gorgeous Christmas Box Collection...
and some of the die cut flowers back to front to create a white backdrop for their patterned cousins...

and rounded the corners of the insert section from one of the Polaroid  Flower Frames and gave it a little bit of Christmas sparkle with a glue pen and some Glamour Dust
finally scoring the tags and fixing them together...
It's looking like it's going to be a bit of a sunshiney weekend according to the boffins at the Met Office so if they've got it right...enjoy what may be the last days of Summer while you can and I'll see you all soon.  The Furry Boy will be joining you tomorrow with the latest tale of woe to befall the cubbyhole crew.

  19. Hello! I love your "tag-cards," and especially the flowers you used on them! They are lovely! Would you be willing to share which die or dies you used for the flowers? I see that people are calling them poinsettias. If they are, I love the way you have used them. I very much enjoy reading your blog and following along with your very special doggie companion. His stitches look very well done, and the incision looks to be healing well. I'm so happy you caught it early! Thanks so much for sharing so much of your life with us! You and your pup are delightful, as I am sure your husband is. We just don't see as much of him (smile). Again, my thanks for all you share! Your projects are always lovely. Phyllis
